An Imaginative Storm gathering where you can shake off the pressure of "writing well” and dive into your imaginative intelligence with a community of writers committed to doing the same. There’s no entry fee, free, no catch, just an open invitation to join us, get inspired, and write.

Who-What-Where-When?

The Imaginative Storm Writing Prompt of the Week brings writers together on Zoom twice a week— Saturday at noon and Thursday at 6 PM ET—for a refreshing, hour-long session. We write longhand for only ten minutes, guided by a prompt designed to surprise your imagination. The above photo is an example of one of our prompt images.

An Old Fashioned Salon

And then, we read our fresh words aloud, turning the Zoom room into an old-fashioned salon, sharing stories, questions, and insights. It’s a dance between imaginative intelligence and rational thought — an unexpected alchemy that always works. So, if you’re ready for an hour that fuels your writing spirit, where you’ll connect with fellow writers and unearth new ideas, come on in. The door is open; you’re always welcome.

One-click—right HERE—will take you to your Zoom link and a full description of what we do every Saturday and Thursday. Join us, won’t you?
